Warranty

Electric Board Club is confident in all of the products we sell. However, If you receive your board and are not satisfied, please return the unused item to us for a replacement or full refund.

Importantly, all brands that Electric Board Club sell are covered by manufacturer warranty. This means that we will arrange for the repair or replacement (at our discretion) any product is defective in nature (through materials or workmanship). Our product warranty does not cover products damaged by normal wear and tear, misuse or accidents.  

 

Warranty Guidelines:
If you believe that your board falls within our warranty policy, please contact us at hello@electricboardclub.com and ensure you include a complete description (including pictures) of the problem/s you are having.  If the problem is deemed to be defective, we will provide you with information for returning the board back to us for repair or replacement. Warranty does not transfer between owners, and is valid only for the original purchaser of our products.
